Sensei Maria DiDio has been training since 1984 in both Karate & Jujitsu and Teaching Women and Children Martial Arts and Self Defense for over 20 years. She Holds black belt rankings in:

- Seido Karate (2nd Degree),
- Nisei Ryu Goshinho Jujitsu for Women (3rd degree),
- Chinese Goju Karate (3rd Degree),
- Judo (1st Degree)
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Mark Stan's Team Combat BJJ) Blue Belt,
- Muay Thai Practitioner under Tony Garcia.
She is the founder of Maria DiDio’s “Rose & Thorn" Self Defense Fighting System for Women in 2004.
Sensei DiDio is a Certified ISSA Personal Trainer, Health Coach for "Take Shape for Life" and Life/Fitness Coach.
